Amtoys does a maximum to bring you satisfaction.

However, despite our efforts and for one reason or another, if you have not been entirely satisfied with your order, you can sent it back to us within 8 days of delivery.

Please indicate on the order form that is included in the package, the reason for your not accepting the article.

The sum will be refunded to your credit card account within 30 days, after the reception of your package in our warehouse

We will refund the transport cost only, if the return is the result of an error on our part and if you have opted for the express transport for the initial dispatch.
