Conditions of the franchising Noukie’s:

• Sales area: between 80 and 100m ²
• Spare surface: approximately 20m ²
• Shop window: min 4m
• Localization: place n°1 in shopping centres or commercial streets
• Right entry: 16.000Euro including the manual worker, the theoretical and practical training of 7 days calendar in one of our pilot shops.
• Put in the concept of the premises: average cost of 1.200 Euro / m ² except big works
• Contribution of fund: plan 1/3 of the total budget including preliminary expenses of company(society), purchase of a step of door or of right to lease, architect, travel expenses during the training formations.
