Free Delivery

When you spend €65 or more, delivery (to a pick-up point or at home) is free (except for furniture), for deliveries to the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany.

Free delivery to pick-up points is only available for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Spain.

Delivery times

We guarantee that all orders will be processed, prepared and passed to carriers within the two working days following the date the order was placed. The shipping time should be calculated from the date that the order is passed to the carrier and will vary depending on the carrier selected and the country of delivery.

  • GLS: 1 to 2 working days after handing over your order to the carrier
  • Mondial Relay & DPD : 1 to 4 working days after handing over your order to the carrier
  • UPS : 1 to 4 working days after handing over your order to the carrier. This time may be extended depending on the destination

These preparation and/or delivery times may be shorter during normal periods and longer during sales and holiday periods.

If you wish to return or exchange one or several items after purchase, you can do so within 30 days following the delivery of the order. You can:

  1. Exchange your products free of charge in a Noukie’s store
  2. NEW! Return your items for free, for all orders placed after 6/10/2020.
  3. Return your products at your own expense for all other orders.

  • You must return the item unworn, unwashed, with its labels, in its original packaging
  • Don't forget to bring the delivery note that you received in the delivery of the package. Without the proof of purchase, we do not accept the exchange or return.
  • Reimbursements are not possible in our stores.


2. Return your items for free from your account on

An item is too big or too small? Other reasons to return your order? Send it back to us for free from your account on

Noukie’s offers you free returns for all your purchases made on from October 6th 2020 and delivered in Belgium, France or Luxembourg, during a period of 30 days after receipt of your order.

You’d like to return an item for free? It’s that simple. Follow these 3 steps:

Step 1 - Download your free return label from your client account on

  • Go to your account on
  • In the "Dashboard", under the list of your Latest orders, select View All.
  • The order including the item(s) you wish to return must have the status Transmitted to the carrier. Click on the icon to view your order (on the right of the order status).
  • Then, on the order page, click on Shipping and scroll down to the Free Returns box.
  • Click on Generate Label, and then click on Download free return label.
  • Save and print out the label.

Step 2 - Prepare your return package.

  • Place the item(s) purchased on that you wish to return, together with the delivery receipt, in a parcel. Beware, returned items must be eligible to the following conditions.
  • Stamp your return package with the Mondial Relay label that you just printed. The return shipment is paid for you by Noukie’s.

Step 3 - Drop your package off at a Mondial Relay pick-up point near you. You can find the Mondial Relay relay pick-up points here.

Once your package is returned to us, we will process it as soon as possible.

Conditions for free return for purchases on

  • Free returns are available for all clients (Prime and Club) who place an order on Noukies.
  • Orders must be delivered in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
  • Items bought on can be return for free up to 30 days after delivery.
  • Return label is to be downloaded and printed by the client on the client’s personnal account on Access to download of the free return label is restricted to 30 days (+ extra days for delivery) and to the total amount of items bought per order.
  • To benefit from free return, return parcel must include the returned item(s) and the delivery receipt. It must be dropped off at a Mondial Relay pick-up point of client’s choice (in France, Belgium or Luxembourg). Items are returned to Noukie’s headquarters address that is already mentionned on the label (Noukies SA/NV Avenue Zénobe Gramme 21, BE-1480 Saintes, Belgium).
  • Returned items must be the same as those shown on your order form (same reference, same size, same color, same model).
  • All items bought on are eligible to free returns (else otherwise stated), with the exception of furniture, bassinets and bassinet stands, rocking chairs, stickers, changing mats, teepees, cots, sofas, kokkoony, ground mats, storage basket, large and extra-large soft toys and personalized (embroidered) articles. If you still need to return one of those items, please first send your request to our Customer Happiness who will be happy to help you out :
  • Returned items must have been unworn, unwashed, must also contain their labels, and must be placed in their original packaging.
  • Free returns can be cumulated with any possible commercial action of the site (unless otherwise stated).

Of course, it is always possible to buy a size too big, too small, or have different expectations. That's why we offer you the return costs for free!

3. Return at your own expense via a transporter (not covered by the conditions of the Free Return action)

In order to return your products:

  1. Repack the items that you wish to return (unworn, unwashed, with their labels, in their original packaging), and address the parcel to: Noukies SA/NV, 21 Avenue Zénobe Gramme, 1480 Saintes, BELGIUM. Do not forget to ad the delivery note in the package! If the delivery note is not in the package, the return will take a longer time to be settled.
  2. Post the parcel with the transporter of your choice. The return fee is at your cost. 
  3. Once Noukie’s has received your parcel, you will be notified and refunded for the amount you paid for the returned items.
