If you wish to return or exchange one or more articles after their purchase, you can do so up to 30 days following receipt of the order. You can :

  • Exchange your products for free in a Noukie's store.
  • Make a free return via your customer account.
  • Make a return by carrier at your expense.

1. Free exchange in a Noukie's store

  • Please return the item to us unworn, unwashed, with its tags, in its original packaging.
  • Don't forget to bring your delivery slip that you received with your order. Without proof of purchase, we cannot return or exchange.
  • No refunds will be made in store.

2. Free returns via your customer account on Noukies.com

Too big or too small? An order arrived too late and you no longer want it? Send us your order for free via your customer area on Noukies.com.

Noukie's offers you the return costs for all your purchases made on Noukies.com from October 6, 2020 and delivered and then returned to Belgium, France or Luxembourg, during a period of 30 days after receipt of your order.

Want to return an item? It's easy ! Follow the 3 steps to benefit from your free return:

Step 1 - Download your return label for free from your customer area.

Go to your customer area on Noukies.com

  • In the "Dashboard" area, under the list of your Last orders, select See all.
  • The order that contains the item(s) you wish to return must have the status Delivered to carrier. Then click on the icon allowing you to view the order (to the right of the order status).
  • Then, on the order page, click on Shipping and scroll down to the Free Return box.
  • Click on Generate label, and then on Download label. Your return label has been downloaded.
  • Save the document and print it.

Step 2 - Prepare your return package.

Place the item(s) purchased on Noukies.com that you wish to return, together with the delivery note in a package. Please note that the items must be eligible for the conditions below.
Frank your return package with the Mondial Relay label that you printed. Sending the return is offered to you by Noukie's.

Step 3 - Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay pick-up point near you. You can find Mondial Relay relay points by clicking here.

Once your package has returned to us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will then be refunded and notified by email.

Conditions of validity to benefit from free returns via the customer account:
  • Free returns are valid for all customers (Prime and Club) who place an order on Noukies.com.
  • The order must be delivered in Belgium, France or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
  • Items can be returned free of charge up to 30 days after receipt of the order at the customer.
  • The return label is to be downloaded and printed by the customer from his customer area. Access to downloading the return label for the order is therefore limited to 30 days (+ order delivery times to the customer) and to the number of items purchased.
  • To return the item, the package must contain the returned items and the order form. It must be well sealed and deposited in a Mondial Relay relay point of the customer's choice (in France, Belgium or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg). Returned items are sent to the address of the Noukies SA/NV headquarters which is mentioned on the return label (Avenue Zénobe Gramme 21, BE-1480 Saintes, Belgium).
  • The returned items must be the same as those on your order form and must have been purchased on Noukies.com. They must therefore contain the same reference, same size, same color and same model. All items purchased on Noukies.com fall within the eligibility conditions for free returns (unless otherwise stated) with the exception of furniture, cots and cradle supports, bouncers, stickers, changing mats , teepees, folding beds, sofas, kokkoony, floor mats, storage baskets, play mat, large and extra large soft toys and personalized items (embroidered).   • Returned items must have been unworn, unwashed, unused and must contain their original tags. The items are also placed in their original packaging.
  • Free returns can be combined with any possible commercial action on the site (unless otherwise stated).
  • In the event of non-compliance with the conditions for free returns, Noukie's reserves the right to re-invoice the customer for any additional costs incurred.

How can we reconcile Free Returns and Respect for the environment?

We work tirelessly to give you as much information as possible on items, sizes, multiple product features, colors, and much more. We hope this information helps you select the product that suits you or that you love!

We are always here to help you with your purchases.

If you hesitate between two sizes, for example, you can consult the size guide available on the article sheet. If in doubt about a color or a specific feature of an item, contact our Customer Happiness, who will guide you in your purchase.

We try to do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and that you do not have to return your order.

However, the possibility of receiving a different item than what you expected remains real. This is the reason why we offer you the cost of return.

3. Return by carrier (not included in the conditions of the Free Return action)

To make your return:

  • Repack the items you wish to return (unworn, unwashed, with their labels, in their original packaging), and send the package to the address: Noukies SA/NV, 21 Avenue Zénobe Gramme at 1480 Saintes, Belgium . Don't forget to put the delivery note back in the package! Without the delivery note in the package, your return will be processed less quickly.
  • Post the package via the carrier of your choice. Return costs are your responsibility.
  • Once the package has been received by Noukie's, you will be notified and refunded the amount you paid for the products you returned.
